I found this end table at a yard sale and thought it was quite interesting. (I get very excited to begin a project that I usually start before I remember to take before pictures. This is obviously after it had been sanded and prepped for painting):
My plan was to keep this piece for our den, so I painted it a pale green:
Then I distressed and glazed it and reused the original hardware:
Even though I loved it, it was just too big for our space so I had to find it a new home.
Paint: Sherwin Williams ProClassic Interior Acrylic Latex in Behr’s Buffalo Grass 3A5-3 (this is an old Behr color that I have been using for years. It is no longer on a color card, but paint stores can still look up the formula)
Glaze: Behr Premium Plus Faux Glaze mixed with Anita’s All Purpose Acrylic Craft Paint in # 11131 Expresso Bean
Top Coat: Minwax Water-Based Polycrylic in Clear Satin
